The phenomenal benefits of Yoga practice are becoming increasingly embraced as a system to nurture health, happiness and a greater sense of self-awareness and higher consciousness. Through the regular practice of different techniques, including movement, breath awareness, relaxation, concentration and meditation, yoga enhances health and wellbeing on a physical, emotional, mental and social level and is a general approach to life based on balance and harmony within each person and those around them.
Our practice will take a Vinyasa focus consisting of movement linked with breath. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice, increasing heart rate while allowing students to transition into a moving meditation that benefits both body and mind.
